Herd Health Programs

We service many of the large dairy farms in the district. Over the years, we have encouraged these farms to enter into regular herd health programs.

While performing these visits on farm we can:

• Perform pregnancy diagnosis
• Assess fresh cows post calving
• Assess the reproductive tract of noncycling cows and provide treatment protocols
• Examine sick animals
• Treat lame cows
• Perform AI (artificial insemination)
