Hendra Vaccinations

Most horse owners would have heard of the deadly Hendra Virus that can be spread from horses to humans. Fortunately there is a very safe, and effective vaccination available.

We strongly recommend vaccination to protect yourself and anyone who may have contact with your horse.  Up to date Hendra vaccination is becoming a more common requirement for many equine events.  This vaccine must be administered by a veterinarian for the details to be entered on the Hendra Registry.

Please contact the clinic to arrange a convenient time for one of our vets to vaccinate your horse.  This can either be done on your property or in the stables of our new clinic.
