Surgery

Surgery can be as simple as a couple of stitches in a cut or as involved as removing a spleen or placing implants to repair a cruciate. We can do it all!

Surgical services we offer include:

• Routine desexing of dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits and guinea pigs
• Lump removals
• Stitch ups
• Major abdominal surgery eg foreign body removal
• Orthopaedic surgery including cruciate repair, patella luxation, femoral head removal, fracture repair, amputation
• Ophthalmologic (eye) surgery
• Dentistry

Our vets are all well trained in both surgery and anaesthesia. Your pet is always closely monitored during any procedure by one of our qualified nurses. We use the best available anaesthesia protocols for your pet to help ensure a safe procedure and smooth recovery.
